On Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, the tool listed only the fourth default item in the right-click menu. Unfortunately, this option did not work properly during our tests. In addition, you can bring up a large panel where you can specify four favorite resolution profiles as the default items to show in the tray icon context menu, in order to toggle them even easier. It is possible to select the color depth between 32-bit, 24-bit and 256 colors mode, view current resolution settings (size, color depth and frequency), as well as open a list with all available resolutions and pick a profile to immediately apply it to the screen. At startup, Resolution Changer SX2 creates an icon in the system tray area, thus enabling users to choose options from a menu. The installation operation is quick and does not require special attention. It comes packed with preset profiles, making the program suitable even for users with little or no experience in such software.
